HANOI CONVENTION
Project Info
Zeit is honored to serve as a coordinating partner for the Hanoi Convention—an historic milestone marking the first time a United Nations convention on combating cybercrime was opened for signature in Vietnam. The event carried significant international stature, bringing together representatives from all 193 UN member states, more than 1,800 delegates, including 12 heads of state and senior leaders, as well as 80 minister-level heads of delegation.
Under the direction of the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and in close cooperation with central ministries, agencies, and international partners, over 5,000 personnel contributed to the organization of the Convention. Zeit supported key components including coordination of 14 meeting rooms at the National Convention Center, operation of 8 high-level sessions and 36 side events, development of a 2,800 m² technology exhibition featuring 16 showcases, and execution of official luncheons and banquets for more than 1,500 delegates and 350 VIP guests.
Notably, Zeit conceptualized, designed, and produced the 30-minute epic opening performance, “From the UN Journey to the Hanoi Convention,” structured into three chapters tracing the UN’s 80-year history, the challenges of the digital era, and the global call for unity embodied in the Convention. The performance incorporated advanced technologies such as full-panorama 3D mapping, Blacktrack motion-tracking systems, and Kinetic installations synchronized with frame-accurate Timecode, delivering a visually powerful and emotionally resonant experience.
In parallel, Zeit developed the Convention’s official visual identity under the guidance of the Ministry of Public Security
