VMA is founded as a independent, non-profit organization committed to reliable and sustainable development to manage and promote motorsport in Vietnam, as well as the future F1 race.

VMA is recognized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism  as the only organization responsible for managing and operating  of sport-motor races in Vietnam.
